Welcome to our world of health! Eat in small portions and don’t starve yourself. Exercise is good for the body, mind, and soul. If you dont have the time to go to the gym, try jumping jacks, sit ups and jumping rope. I would also suggest buying the pilate tape from an athletic store. It works! Your body will be lean and toned. Try to eat protein bars and/or drink portein shake 5-20 minutes after working out.
